




All of our cakes are made fresh from scratch with the highest quality ingredients available. Our menu is A la Carte, which means
that you can build your own personalized cake exactly the way you want it! Each tier consists of three cake layers and two filling
layers. Our standard frosting and filling is a lightly sweetened vanilla buttercream which is included in the price of each tier along
with most buttercream decorations. You can easily change the flavor of your cake by the addition of infusions or by simply
choosing a different filling or two. We offer free consultations with complimentary samples, just contact us to set up your
appointment.
Basic cake flavors $2.50 per slice: White Velvet, Rich Yellow or Deep Chocolate

Sheet cakes can be utilized in larger weddings where time and money can be saved. Each sheet cake consists of three cake
layers with two filling layers and will serve 74. They are flat iced and marked where the cuts should be made and garnished with
a small flower. Basic cake flavors with buttercream filling and frosting $1.50 per slice. Specialty cakes $2.50 per slice. Additions,
infusions, specialty fillings or frostings: use the same upgraded pricing as above
*Specialty fillings are wonderful ways of taking your cake that extra mile. We do not place any more than one filling layer between cake layers due to
“mud slide effects.” This is where your cake could have too much filling and break away from its’ layers. We do recommend two different
complimenting fillings such as Chocolate Ganache and fruit compotes or custard. The color contrast along with the flavor melody is both beautiful and
delicious! The only exception to doubling filling additions between cake layers are such items as fresh fruits, shaved chocolate bits, and other solid
confections.
